LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The Chevron Food Mart on Swancott Road in Madison remains on the Limestone County Health Department reinspection schedule after scoring a 71.

They scored a 65 during their previous inspection. The inspector reported that salad dressings and dipping sauces were nearly 25 degrees above the required cold holding temperature, and pizza and chicken wings were held 10 to 15 degrees below the required hot holding temperature.

They also lost points because the ice maker was dirty.

The K & S Deli And Grocery in Elkmont scored a 75. The health inspector discovered evidence of a pest presence, finding droppings in cabinets in the kitchen.

The inspector also reported that potentially hazardous food was five to seven degrees too warm because the cooler was running too warm.

Casa Mexicana in Muscle Shoals is now off of the Colbert County Health Department reinspection schedule after scoring an 89. That's nine points better than last time.

An 84 gets a restaurant on a health department's reinspection schedule, and it takes an 85 to get off of it. Sakkio Japan in Madison Square Mall food court in Huntsville did the latter by scoring an 85 after scoring an 84 during their previous inspection.

The Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant in Huntsville rose two points during their reinspection, scoring an 85.
