10 Thursday night high school football games to air statewide

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Raycom Media has announced the lineup of 10 Thursday night high school football games that will be spotlighted and broadcast statewide this season.

The 2014 Raycom/AHSAA Game of the Week Schedule is:

  • Aug. 28 - Mountain Brook @ Huntsville
  • Sept. 4 - Shades Valley @ Center Point
  • Sept. 11 - Florence @ Cullman
  • Sept. 18 - Washington County @ Sweet Water
  • Sept. 25 - Montgomery Academy @ Trinity
  • Oct. 2 - Hoover @ Spain Park
  • Oct. 9 - Charles Henderson @ Eufaula
  • Oct. 16 - Smith Station @ Enterprise
  • Oct. 23 - R.A. Hubbard @ Hackleburg
  • Oct. 30 - Mattie T. Blount @ Saraland

Raycom will broadcast the games on WSFA and other TV stations statewide. The network includes WAFF in Huntsville, WBRC in Birmingham, WDFX in Dothan, WTVM in Columbus, GA, and non-Raycom station UTV44 in Mobile. The games will also be streamed live online.
