HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Prosecutors are offering up new evidence of child molestation they plan to present on top of the porn case.

A grand jury has already indicted James McCullars on charges of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise and conspiring to distribute and receive child pornography around the country and overseas.

Court documents claim between the years of 2000 and 2012, McCullars created online chat rooms where he and ten other men would discuss their sexual interest in young boys and they could view and trade large amounts of child porn.

Now federal prosecutors plan to introduce a victim who was 12 years old at the time of the alleged abuse as evidence to show he had motive, opportunities and planned to exploit children on the web.

The complaint goes into explicit details of the abuse where McCullars allegedly performed sexual acts on the boy and forced the him to do the same while taking pictures.

The trial has already been pushed back before. It's set for Sept. 8, but the co-defendant in the case is already asking for a delay. McCullars' attorney said he would also like more time to present a solid defense.

Once the Boy Scouts of America learned of the allegations, they revoked James McCullars membership in 2012. Around the same time, he left Huntsville and since then, he's been calling a county jail in Kentucky home until he goes to trial.
