MONTGOMERY CO., AL (WSFA) -

Two suspects sought by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department and Central Alabama CrimeStoppers are now identified and arrested following tips from the community.

Authorities say that two men, McKenzie Walters and Rico Teague, committed felony theft and burglarized a hunting cabin and storage building in the Ramer community in Montgomery County.

The crime happened on August 11, when two males were caught on a game camera trespassing on the victim's property, located off of Springhill Road in Ramer.

CrimeStoppers' officials believe that the victim had been robbed before and decided to install game cameras around the property.

The suspects were wanted for stealing a 2004 Polaris ATP 500 4-wheeler and a 5x10 ft. trailer. They are also accused of burglarizing a hunting cabin and a storage building that was also located on the property. Items that were stolen include power tools and fishing equipment.

"In the past week we have passed on valuable information to law enforcement agencies throughout the River Region," said CrimeStoppers Development Director Tony Garrett. "Hopefully, that information will lead to more arrests. We would like to inform the public that the more arrests we make the more we pay out.  It is important for all who cares about crime and the effect it has on our community to support our organization. One of the best ways to help is to make a donation of any amount to our program. We cannot keep getting criminals off the street without donations from the community.  Every citizen can do their part to stop, solve, and prevent crime."
