Suspicious car fire in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville Fire Department responded to a call of a vehicle fire on McCrary St. Thursday at approximately 2:20 a.m..

It happened just a few houses down from a house fire that had been deemed as arson.

When firefighters arrived they found an SUV fully engulfed in flames behind a home.

The homeowners were there and were notified as to what had happened. 

The suspicious fire is being further investigated. 

No injuries were reported.
