WALNUT HILLS, OH ( FOX19) -

The Cincinnati Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a missing elderly man who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

Henry Woodfaulk, 81, was last seen Aug. 21 at his apartment, which is located in the 800 block of Beecher Street in Walnut Hills. Woodfaulk is believed to be on foot, authorities said.

Police said the disappearance is unusual for Woodfaulk and believe he may be confused.

Woodfaulk is described as a black male, 6 feet tall and approximately 180 pounds. A clothing description was not provided.
