Burglar targets Badd Newz BBQ restaurant

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

An unfortunate event befell the owners of a Huntsville barbecue restaurant called "Badd Newz."

The owner of Badd Newz BBQ told police the restaurant was broken into around 8 p.m. Saturday. The restaurant is at the 1200 block of Grace Street, south of Oakwood Avenue.

He said that someone forced their way into the business, caused damage and stole property.

No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made at this time. Police continue to investigate the break-in.
