2 North Alabama men indicted in separate child porn cases

MONTGOMERY, AL (WAFF) -

A federal grand jury indicted two men from North Alabama in separate child pornography cases that include images of children under the age of 12.

A three-count indictment filed in U.S. District Court charges Justin Clay McNeill of Somerville with receiving, distributing and possessing child pornography on a computer at his Morgan County residence between July 2013 and July 2014.

Another, separate indictment charges Jason Warren McClure of Huntsville with receiving and possessing child pornography via the internet at his home between January 2013 and March 2014.

Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The Alabama Bureau of Investigation investigated the case involving McNeill; the FBI is investigating the case involving McClure.
