Boston, MA (PRWEB) August 28, 2014
Invoke, the recognized leader in technology and crowdsourcing for large-scale market research and customer intelligence, is pleased to announce the addition of Joelle Merwin as Senior Software Engineer. In this role Merwin will be responsible for the core implementation of Invokes next generation software platform.
Invoke is moving in an exciting direction, said Merwin. Im looking forward to the challenge of building the new software platform and providing cutting-edge technology to Invokes clients.
Merwin joins Invoke most recently from the online travel search engine, KAYAK, where she improved the code base architecture to allow for easier code maintenance and worked with hotel providers to integrate them into KAYAKs booking path. She also served as main engineer of the internationalization team from 2009-2011. In this role, Merwin maintained an in-house tool to manage and submit translation to a third party company. Her deep background in software engineering and experience with Java will be extremely valuable for Invokes continued growth.
We are pleased to welcome Joelle to the team, said Principal Software Architect, Daniel Quaroni. She brings a level of professionalism and competency that is difficult to find. Her skills perfectly complement our software team and I cant wait to see what comes from it.
