ATHENS, AL (WAFF) - On Wednesday evening, Athens police responded to a call about a suspicious looking car behind the Wellness Center on Washington Street. Officers found a man, later identified as 32-year-old Roger Dale Tucker Jr, in the car passed out. 

Further investigating revealed that Tucker had 8-$100.00 counterfeit bills in the car. Investigators also seized paper that matched the paper the bills were printed on along with an HP printer.

Tucker was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 1st degree and public intoxication.

He was booked into the Athens Police Department and later transferred to the Limestone County Jail

The case is still under investigation and more arrests are possible.
