Springford Could Make Decision on Extradition

Thursday is decision day for a man accused of killing his parents.

District Attorney Ellen Brooks says Brent Springford, Junior, must decide by Thursday if he'll fight extradition to Alabama. Springford, Junior, is accused of killing his parents in their Montgomery home during the Thanksgiving holiday. He was arrested in Colorado.

Brooks says if Springford, Junior, doesn't fight extradition, he could be in Montgomery as early as next week. However, if he decides to fight it, an extradition hearing will be held on January 14th.
