1 PACKAGE OF ALREADY COOKED WILD RICE

2 TBS OF BUTTER

½ ONION DICED

1 TSP OF GARLIC

6 OZ OF FRESH MUSHROOMS, TRIMMED AND SLICED

SALT TO TASTE

¼ CUP OF MARSALA WINE

½ CHOPPED PECANS

MELT BUTTER AND SAUTED ONION UNTIL GOLDEN.ADD MUSHROOMS,GARLIC, SALT AND PECANS AND SAUTE UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE TENDER. ADD MARSALA WINE AND KEEP STIRRING UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. STIR RICE INTO MUSHROOM MIXTURE.
