Springford Wills Discussed In Court

Murder, money and wills were all topics in a Montgomery Probate Court on Wednesday.

The wills of Charlotte and Brent Springford Senior were discussed at the Montgomery County Courthouse. Lawyers for those involved, including the Springford children were there. The proceedings were "step one" in the process of probating the wills.

The couple was murdered on Thanksgiving Day, and police consider their son, Brent Springford Junior, the prime suspect. None of the attorneys were willing to talk about the events in court.
