You can call her Duchess, just not Queen

LONDON(AP)_ She may not become queen, but Camilla Parker Bowles will attain royalty status once she is married to Prince Charles.

In fact, marriage will bring with it several titles.

Today's announcement that the two will marry in April included the revelation that Parker Bowles will not become queen if Charles eventually ascends to the throne currently occupied by his mother, Queen Elizabeth.

Among her titles, Parker Bowles will be known as Her Royal Highness Duchess of Cornwall. In Scotland, she will be the Duchess of Rothesay.

Once Charles become king, his wife will be known as HRH Princess Consort.
