Baby Bay Scallops with Thyme Cream Sauce

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 tsp dried thyme

¼ cup wine

1 C. Heavy Cream

½ C. Boursin Cheese

1 Tbsp Butter

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Heat a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, scallops salt,  sauté for 4 minutes.

Deglaze pan with white wine .

Reduce for 1 minute.

Add the cream and Cheese, let simmer until thickened. 

Stir in butter and lemon juice.  Serve over pasta.
