Atlanta resident and rapper Rick Ross was indicted in a Fayette County court for allegedly pistol-whipping a man who worked at his home.

A grand jury charged Ross on nine counts including kidnapping and aggravated battery, according to Fayette County District Attorney Scott Ballard.
