Two varieties of Quaker Oats granola bars are being recalled because they may be contaminated with listeria.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, the Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars Chocolate Nut Medley and Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars Yogurt, Fruit, and Nut are the affected products.

A spokesperson for The Quaker Oats Company says an ingredient supplier was found to have distributed sunflower kernels that may have been contaminated.

There have been no illnesses reported.

Most of the potentially affected boxes never reached store shelves. Here are the products being recalled:

  • 6.1 ounce boxes of Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars Chocolate Nut Medley with UPC code 30000 32241 and best before dates of 10/16/2016, 10/17/2016
  • 6.1 ounce boxes of Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars Yogurt, Fruit & Nut with UPC code 30000 32243 and best before dates of 10/10/2016, 10/11/2016

If you bought the affected granola bars, you should throw them out or return them to the store where you bought them for a full refund.
