MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - One of the suspects in Montgomery's 44th homicide of 2013 has been found not guilty by a jury.
Rodricko Davis was aquitted nearly 2 and a half years after agents with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested him in Nov. 2013.
Davis and another suspect, Elijah Frazier, were charged with capital murder in the death of Keon Sankey, a 29-year-old Montgomery resident.
Sankey was found in a vehicle after a 2-vehicle crash. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Investigators made the determination that Sankey's shooting death happened during the course of a robbery.
Frazier has yet to go to trial.
