SAVORY OVER NIGHT HAM, EGG AND CHEESE BUBBLE BREAD CASSEROLE

  • 6 EGGS
  • 1/3 CUP OF MILK
  • 2 CANS OF FLAKY BISCUITS
  • 1 AND ½ CUPS OF DICED COOKED HAM
  • 1-2 CUPS OF SHREDDED CHEDDER
  • ¼ CUP OF CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  • MELTED BUTTER MIXED WITH GARLIC

HEAT OVEN TO 350. MELT BUTTER AND STIR GARLIC AND A KISS OF SALT TOGETHER. CUT BISCUITS INTO QUARTER INCH SIZED PIECES.  PUT THEM IN GARLIC BUTTER MIXTURE.  MIX HAM, CHEDDER, GREEN ONIONS, AND MILK TOGETHER AND ADD A KISS OF BLACK PEPPER AND SALT.  WHISK TOGETHER

POUR EGG MIXTURE INTO A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH

TAKE BUTTERED BISCUIT PIECES AND LAY THEM ON TOP OF THE EGG MIXTURE

AT THIS POINT, YOU CAN PUT IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT OR GO AHEAD AND BAKE IT.

BAKE 25-30 MINUTES UNTIL EGGS ARE SET AND BISCUITS ARE GOLDEN BROWN.  TOP WITH MORE CHEESE AND COVER AND RUN BACK INTO THE OVEN FOR THAT CHEESE TO MELT.
