Tri Cakes & Carribean Salsa

1/2 lb. lump crab

2  Grouper filets

10-12 jumbo shrimp

10-12 green onions

Bread Crumbs

2 1/2 Cups Crushed Crackers

2 eggs

1TBSP 1/2 & 1/2 White Pepper and Garlic to Taste

Sautee shrimp and grouper in butter till cooked. Mash all together except bread crumbs. Pat into patties and roll in crumbs. Fry in oil until browned.


Green Onions

Peppers (Red)

Vidalias Onions




Salt, White Pepper, Garlic to taste

Lime juice of 2 limes

Chop all and sauntee together until hot- not soft
