Valiant Cross Academy looks to win $100,000 in USA Today contest

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Valiant Cross Academy is in the running to win $100,000 in a contest sponsored by USA Today!

According to the website, Valiant Cross is listed in the education section of the contest. For the contest, the academy submitted a video detailing why they should win and what they would do with the winnings.

In the video, labeled as Rise Above, the academy talks about the all-male school located in the heart of downtown Montgomery. The unique school was established to give young men from underserved communities in the area the belief that one’s self can “Rise Above” anything.
