Oriental Slaw

1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 cup of red bell pepper strips
1/4 cup of chopped cashews
6 oz of low fat yogurt
2 tsp of low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp of splenda

Mix broccoli slaw and red pepper strips together...set aside. Mix yogurt, soysauce and splenda together...add to broccoli slaw mixture. Stir well and top with cashews before serving
