DADEVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

The Tallapoosa County Sheriff's Office and Central Alabama CrimeStoppers are searching for a burglary suspect who was caught on video breaking into a grocery store in Dadeville.

Surveillance footage from the Walnut Hill Grocery Store on Highway 50 shows a lone, masked suspect breaking into the store on Monday. The man reportedly stole $6,000 worth of merchandise and cash while also causing more than $2,000 in damage.

CrimeStoppers is asking anyone with information about this crime to call police or CrimeStoppers at 215-STOP.

Information leading to an arrest may lead to a cash reward.
