Enterprise man killed in weekend crash

REHOBETH, AL (WSFA) -

The victim killed in a two-vehicle crash in Dothan over the weekend has been identified as 30-year-old Enterprise resident Eric Anthony Martinez, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Martinez was killed when his 2001 Hyundai Azera collided with a 2001 Ford Mustang around 6:15 p.m. Sunday on South Park Road at the intersection of Battle Road in the city of Rehobeth.

Martinez was pronounced dead on the scene. Two passengers in his vehicle were taken to an area hospital with undisclosed injuries.

The driver of the Mustang, a 16-year-old Slocomb resident, was also taken to a hospital for treatment.

An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
