Montgomery shooting victim charged with hindering prosecution

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

One of the victims in a shooting Monday in Montgomery has been charged with hindering prosecution, according to the Montgomery Police Department.

JeMarquis Antonio McGhee suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a shooting in the 300 block of West Jeff Davis Avenue Monday evening.

Police say McGhee gave police incorrect information about the shooting.

One other man suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting. That man's condition remains the same, according to police.

McGhee's bond was set at $7,000.
