A Clanton man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly shot into a residence.

According to Clanton Police Capt. David Clackley, 24 year old Delondre Jovan Dejarnett has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault attempted murder, two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of shooting into an occupied building.

The shooting happened Thursday morning in the 100 block of Arthur Drive.

Clackley said at least three people were at the residence at the time of the shooting.

One person inside the home was wounded with a cut to the top of his head, although Clackley said it is unknown whether a bullet or ricocheting debris caused the injury.
