1 lb ground beef
2-4 green peppers
3 16 oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup rice
1/2 of small onion cut finely
Mix ground beef, rice and onions together. Make into round balls and stuff green peppers. Put tomato sauce in pan and spoon over stuffed peppers. Cook for about an hour.
