Lanes of I-65 SB near Northern Boulevard reopen after possible crash

MONTGOMERY CO., AL (WSFA) -

An incident on Interstate 65 southbound near the Northern Boulevard caused delays for many morning commuters.

According to the cameras provided by the Alabama Department of Transportation, emergency crews blocked a portion of the far-left lane while they worked to clear the scene. It appears there may have been a two-car crash.

Motorists traveling in this area were advised to take caution, slow down and consider taking an alternate route or expect delays.
