DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) - Dothan police are investigating a possible drive-by shooting that left a man injured. Police confirmed the unnamed victim was shot while inside his home on Bay Street Saturday evening.
Police said the shots came from outside the home. They're working to see if a vehicle spotted in the area around the time of the shooting is connected to the crime. The victim was shot in both arms and side but has since been released from an area hospital.
"The difficulty is that we don't have any witnesses to the crime," said Lt. Lynn Watkins. "The victim doesn't know who shot him, according to police, and at this point, there is no motive.

It's times like this that we depend on the public to see if they have any information to help further the investigation along."
Police do believe the shooting was an isolated incident.
