9 students, 2 parents in custody after fight at Lee High School

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

A situation at Lee High School in Montgomery led to several students and adults being placed in custody Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers responded to a fight between students at the school. Six students were initially taken into custody. Police say three more students were taken into custody, as well as two parents. Charges are pending.

Police say injuries are minor. 

A photo taken by WSFA staff shows multiple police vehicles on scene.
