MONTGOMERY COUNTY, AL (WSFA) -
Over the next two Saturdays, citizens can get their pets vaccinated for rabies at 12 different schools in Montgomery County. The clinics come after two people were bitten by a rabid raccoon last month and had to be treated.
Vaccines are $12 and will be available at the following locations:
Carver High School
Catoma Elementary School
Jefferson Davis High School
Georgia Washington Middle School
Robert E. Lee High School
Vaughn Road Elementary
Wares Ferry Road Elementary
The clinics will be open from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. this Saturday and May 19.
