Chicken Salad

1 Whole Chicken or 2 Cups of Diced Chicken
1 Can of Pineapple Tidbits
4 Stalks of Chopped Celery
1/2 of Almond Slivers
1 Large Scoop of Mayonnaise
Season With Salt, Pepper, and Garlic


Cook and de-bone the chicken. Then cut it into cubes. Clean and chop the celery. Then mix it with drained pineapple and 1/4 cup of almonds, add the seasoning, mix together with mayo.  You can mold it into a bowl and turn it upside down on a plate. Garnish with strawberries, cantalope, and half boiled eggs.
