Ride of Silence to start in downtown Montgomery Wednesday night

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Montgomery Bicycle Club is holding its annual National Ride of Silence Wednesday night. 

The ride, which honors cyclists injured or killed while biking on public roadways, will begin at the Montgomery Riverfront Entrance downtown, near the MBC bike corral. Participants will cycle at a slow pace in silence for seven miles throughout the community. 

The ride will finish back at the Riverfront Entrance. Cyclists should arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. and be ready to start riding at 7 p.m. Click this link for more information.
