OZARK, AL (WSFA) - The Ozark Police Department has arrested Lonnie Wilson, Jr. after a joint investigation into the murder of Michael Glenn in Barbour County.
According to the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation, Louisville police responded to reports of an assault in the 100 block of Barbour County Road 33 early Saturday morning. Authorities found Glenn, 36, dead from gunshot wounds.
Louisville Police Chief Gene Hamrick asked the SBI for help and a primary suspect was identified within hours.
Wilson, 21, was arrested Sunday morning and has been charged with murder.
He is being held without bond and is expected to face additional charges according to Lt. Heath Carpenter of the SBI.
