Creole Ham and Shrimp Pie

1 deep dish pie shell

1 cup cooked diced ham

1 cup, peeled, deveind and cooked shrimp, chopped

1 tbs of hot sauce

1 tsp of garlic salt

½ tsp of pepper

½ tsp of cayenne pepper

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

1 purple onion chopped

3 eggs

1/4 cup of milk

Mix ham, shrimp, hot sauce, garlic salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, shredded chedder and onion together, beat eggs and add milk. Mix with the above ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes uncoverd. Shell should be somewhat brown. Finish baking pie with an aluminum foil cover for about 15-18 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
