Fish Tale's Caribbean Grouper and Blackened Shrimp

*Caribbean Grouper*

1/3 Cup Terriyaki Sauce

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Pinneapple (Crushed)

1/4 Cup Hot Sauce

Salt, Garlic and White Pepper to Taste

- Grill grouper in Butter and Seasonings. Top with sauce and serve.

 

*Blackened Shrimp*

1lb Shrimp Peeled and Deveined

Paul Purdohomes Blackening Seasoning (heavy coating)

Salt, Garlic, White Pepper  (to taste)

Butter

Oil

- Mix melted butter and oil in iron skillet till hot. Sear shrimp on both sides, add seasoning and turn. Serve and enjoy!
