Star Spangled Potato Salad

2 pounds small red potatoes

10oz. can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies undrained

1/2 cup mayo

2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

1 cup chopped celery

2 green onions chopped

5 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

In a large saucepan, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool slightly and cut into quarters. In a large bowl, combine rotel, mayo, and mustard..add potatoes, celery, green onions, and crumbled bacon. Toss to coat. Chill and serve when the fireworks are in the sky!!
