Low Country Bowl

2 gallons of water
1 Tablespoon of Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
2-3 Pounds of Smoked Sausage Or Cajun Sausage
2-3 Pounds of Small New Potatoes
10 Ears of Corn On The Cob
4-5 Pounds of Raw Shrimp
2-3 Pounds of Raw Crawfish

Cut the sausage into one-half pieces or larger. Fill a 16-quart pot approximately one-half full. Bring water to a rolling boil, then add Old Bay Seasoning. Add potatoes to boiling water and continue boiling for 10 minutes. Add sausage and corn to boiling water and continue to boil for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and crawfish and continue to boil for five minutes.

To serve, pour into large colander and drain. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
