Grilled Citrus Salmon Recipe

Grilled Citrus Salmon:

7 to 8 oz salmon filet (each serving)

1/4 cup olive oil

citrus seasoning (approxiametly 1/2 teaspoon each filet)

Pour olive oil into bowl; dip salmon filet to coat both sides.

Sprinkle with citus seasoning (evenly on both sides)

Heat saute pan until nice and hot.  Spray pan with coating and saute salmon for approxiametly 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with long grain and wild rice and a side salad of steamed veggies.
