COPY-Iron Bowl week busy time at Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. Iron Bowl week will be a busy time at Auburn University, with lots more than football on the agenda.

Auburn's Southeastern Raptor Center will dedicate its 300-seat amphitheater Wednesday. Governor Riley will led groundbreaking ceremonies Thursday for Auburn's new research park.

Then on Thursday night, four bands and three choral groups comprised of more than 300 performers will present a musical showcase at Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum.

University spokesman David Granger says some of the events are expected to draw football fans who will be arriving in town early for the annual showdown with Alabama.
