Butter Bean Saturday Salad
- 1 pound package frozen shoe peg corn
- 2 packages of frozen lima beans
- 1 small jar of Helman's Mayo
- 1 bunch of green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Cook corn and butter beans according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate over night.. or you can eat it immediately 'cause it's "lickity delicious!"
