Hey, Leslie What's Cooking-Not Your Grandmother's Rice Pudding

Not your grandmother's rice pudding!

A new healthy twist on an old time favorite!

2 cups of cooked rice

1 cup of cranraisins

1/4 cup of chopped pecans

1 and 1/2 tsp of cornstarch

½ cup of fat free milk

½ tsp of cinnamon

4 packets of splenda in a saucepan, combine milk and cornstarch together and stir until smooth. (do not heat yet!) add rice,pecans,cranraisins and cinnamon and 4 packets of splenda bring mixture to a boil and stir for about 2 minutes until thickened...serve hot or chill over night and serve cold
