Chicken, Bacon, and Mushroom Risotto

6 slices of bacon,  ½ onion chopped, 1/4 tsp of garlic salt, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup cooked chicken, 3 cups cooked risotto, 2 tbs of butter, 1 cup of frozen english peas

Cook bacon and onions together... Drain... Add mushrooms and garlic salt...throw in butter and chicken and frozen english peas and heat throughly....add cooked risotto and stir until heated.

Serve with salad and enjoy
