Dorothy Grayson is a Medicare participant who has waited until the last moment to sign up. She says, "I'd heard so many negative things about the plan."
That caused Dorothy to procrastinate in choosing a plan, and when she did, it wasn't for her. So now she's changing plans. She says, "It's sort of like Christmas shopping. You wait 'till the last minute's I did it."
Candy Nowak is a Humana sales representative who says, "We're looking at each individual person's drug list, we look at their costs. And we look for a plan that will save them a lot of money.
Grayson says "Probably now that I have new ailments to the tune of 3 to 4 hundred dollars."
Dorothy says that's how much she spends per month on drugs.
Because she's dual eligible she'll pay between 20 and 60 dollars per month.. Quite a savings!
Grayson adds, "A whole bunch! Several hundred dollars a month."
She says that's worth signing up for.
