Direct from the Garden Pesto Pasta

1 box of rotini pasta, cooked and drained

2 bundles of fresh basil

1/2 cup of pine nuts

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tsp of chopped garlic

1 cup shredded parmesean

1 diced tomato

1 can of mexicorn, drained

Use your food processor to grind up the fresh basil,pine nuts, olive oil ,garlic and 1/2 cup of parmesean. Blend well and mix with pasta. Toss in tomatoes and extra parmesean and mexicorn and enjoy. Serve chilled. Great with leftover chicken in the pasta too!!
