Shrimp Fondue

2 cups Velveeta cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chopped shrimp (chopped finely)

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 bag of Frito Scoops

Combine all ingredients and heat on low until all is melted through. Sprinkle with bell pepper when done. Serve with Frito Scoops or cubed chunks of toasted bread.
