Blueberry Bread Pudding

1 loaf of day old bread

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of milk

4 eggs

1/2 cup sugar and 3 tsp of cinnamon

1/4 stick of butter

1 tsp of almond extract

1-2 cups of fresh blueberries

Tear bread into bite size pieces and put in casserole dish.

Mix cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar together and sprinkle half over bread.

Top with 1 cup of blueberries.

Mix eggs, milk , 1 cup of sugar and almond extract together and beat until blended.

Pour over bread and blueberry mixture.

Dot with butter and sprinkle on rest of cinnamonsugar.

Bake at 350 until a knife inserted into center comes out clean....about 35-45 minutes.

Top with addtional blueberries and serve with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.
