Pan Fried Tilapia (7/12)


2 tilapia filets - rinsed and patted dry
1/2 cup of almonds
1 tablespoons full of garlic
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes

Use 1/4 cup of butter, put in saute pan and saute garlic, almonds, and spinach together. Remove from flame, add other 1/4 cup of butter and saute pan and pan fry on each side the fresh tilapia until it is tender. Then put hot spinach mixture on plate and top with fish... and then sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
