Healthy Greek Picnic Pockets

2 Pita Breads
1 cup of low fat Cottage cheese
1/2 tsp of garlic
1 cup of chopper lettuce
1 medium tomato diced
1 tbs of olive oil
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup of black olives

Cut pita to make a pocket. Mix all of the above ingredients except for lettuce. Line pita pocket with lettuce and spoon in the cheesy mixture.
