Coffee Glazed Pecans

1 1/2 Cups of Pecan Halves
2 Tablespoons of Water
1/4 Cup of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee
1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

In a large skillet, combine pecans, sugar, water, instant coffee, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until pecans are well glazed. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
